I really enjoy coconut water just because of the taste. From what I’ve read about hydration it’s only like 3% or something insignificantly better than drinking water, but I don’t buy it for that. I drink it because I like the taste and I’ll drink it more of it vs if I’m drinking water, so it improves my hydration in that sense.

So hydrating and easy to grab. It’s my favorite drink for the beach; very refreshing. Good quality brand and it’s not thick or hard to drink. It’s delicious and naturally sweet without adding sugar. I love this brand.

I love it. Tastes better than the original flavor coconut water from vita coco. It does have 25g of sugar in it though. Regardless, its very refreshing and delicious.

Real story – I found out about Vita Coco because my sister-in-law gave it to me after we hung out having some white wine and hanging in the hot tub. I downed it before I went to bed and normally I would wake up with a headache and slight hangover at the least after having white wine no matter how much water I drank the night before. And, I kid you not, I woke up feeling super fresh the next day and thought I’m never going to bed without a Vita Coco again. I had before bed. I have been a vita cocoa fan and coconut water fan ever since. I’ve tried other coconut Waters and I always just come back to vita cocoa. Their flavor is the best hands down. Plus I actually like some of their variance like the mango. We have these unsubscribe and save and usually run out before our next one comes in. I try to have one at least once a day to make sure I’m getting good nutrients and electrolytes in. 10 out of 10!

Found another brand that’s 100% coconut juice from Thailand without ANY sugar added that tastes better cheaper by almost 40% at the local Vietnamese Asian store. This one has added sugars. In fact, the Asian store sold real coconuts that had a plastic piece you could push in and a straw to drink out of. That was REALLY good and naturally sweet and nutty. I’ll never buy any prepackaged coconut juice again. I’m getting real coconuts from my local Asian store.

I wouldn’t recommend drinking coconut water except on rare occasions. It caused me to have high estrogen effects. I won’t drink it anymore. But if you like it, this brand seemed okay packaging-wise.
