These are such a deal because I cannot eat gluten. The noodles are made of rice and the seasonings do not have wheat either, so I personally found that I can eat these safely. A lifesaver for a gluten-free college student such as myself. The flavor is really good as well!

You definitely won’t mistake this for the real thing but it’s good enough to hold you over till you can get the real thing.
You should be aware that you’re basically getting the white noodles and flavor packets, this doesn’t come with any protein. It gets dinged for the value aspect. You’ll have to add your own protein as well as other garnish or additional flavoring if desired. I ended up using leftover rotisserie meat and oil/drippings from the chicken as well as imitation crab meat for my protein and my favorite garlic chili hot sauce to spice it up. It was very tasty.

I was wanting to have some good pho, but everywhere I tried around me had pretty mediocre stuff. Got this just because I was extremely curious, and honestly it turned out to be a LOT better than I thought it might be. Not the same as really good restaurant quality stuff, but very good for the price and does the job well.
