These reminded me of the Ramen noodles I had while in parts of Japan and it made me happy. I did try them with spetti sauce and they weren’t terrible but I’ll stick to adding them to broth and soup as they seem better for that.

These make for some fast do it yourself ramen, 3 minutes of boiling or just sitting long enough in hot enough water and they’re done. You can make stir fry with them and they brown up nicely but the noodles are thinner than most stir fry noodles.

My son loves noodles and to experiment with different seasonings/toppings. These were ideal for him and he loves them.
They cook very quickly which is ideal for someone who doesnt want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I would suggest having a large zip lock bag available when opening the pack as theres no way to store them with the original packing after opening. Cooking these for three minutes while prepping some green onions or the toppings of your choice works well. Drain and add to a bowl with the sauce of your choice and toppings and your meal is ready in under 5 minutes.

This is a pack of rice noodles. The noodles cook really fast, which is a huge plus when I’m in a hurry. But like most hard rice noodles, it’s hard to separate the bundles of noodles into smaller portions without breaking the hard noodles into pieces. There’s also no way to reseal the bag, so make sure you have some alternate storage option on hand after you open it. Very inconvenient

A bundle of these “sprung out” larger than I expected when the binder was removed, a few pieces almost got away. They cooked well in some vegetable broth and soaked up much of it, ending up with a large pot of noodles. This was very good on it’s own, next time I’m adding mixed vegetables.

You get a lot of noodles in this pack – and I mean a lot! The packaging seemed to indicate the whole thing was 6 servings, but I’d say it’s more like 10 or 12. The biggest downside I found is that the way they’re packaged, it’s hard to separate out a smaller portion, if you just want to cook up one or two servings. I had to fight with it to get a smaller portion out, and the bag’s not resealable, so be sure to have another container or baggie on hand to keep the remainder if you don’t plan to use them all at once.
I rinsed them per the instructions, and then cooked them in boiling water for about 3 minutes. They were very quick to cook and I probably even overdid it a little. They came out really sticky when I drained them, but on the plus side, that did mean none of the (very thin!) noodles slipped through the holes in my colander. Once mixed with sauce, meat, and veggies, the stickiness subsided and it made for a lovely meal.

Love a good rice noodle. These cook quickly and taste great with some garlic, chili oil, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.

Very nice, huge bag of Rice Noodles. These noodles can be used in several dishes, but I added them to my homemade pho broth. Very yummy. The site description says brown rice on the bag, but it’s actually white rice. I’ll definitely get at least 3 servings out of this big bag. Made in Vietnam expires 1/20/2025.
