Although all you need to do is pour boiling water onto the noodles and let sit covered for 5 minutes. But the chili oil that came with the noodles tasted processed. With the second batch, I mixed my own sauce to add to the noodles. If you have chili oil on hand, it will be better than the packet included with the noodles.

So.. compared to everyone else’s complaint. I actually liked the texture of the noodles. They were chewy, and tasted fine. Kind of reminds me of if you were to use the rice paper hack to make noodles.
The thing I didn’t like was the sauce. I really tried to like it but it was too vinegary for my liking? The numbing effect was extreme. I can handle spice up to ghost pepper level but I guess I’m not a big fan of the numbing Sichuan.
Will have to try it again and figure out whether to switch out the vinegar or the chilli oil with my own recipe.
I do want my friend who enjoys hot pot and sichuan cuisine to try this out tho. So it’s not a complete failure. Just not a big fan of the numbness level of the sauce.

The wide noodle has a horrible smell before you even boil it. I used all the packaging and I couldn’t stomach the nasty taste on top of the smell… and I love Asian food. I tried just boiling the noodles and adding my own seasoning such as hoisin sauce, sriracha, sesame seed oil, shrimp, etc. I just can’t get pass the smell of the noodles.

They tasted awful and I like spicy food n I had to toss this after 1 bite. Tried with out the chili oil pack the spicy hid the awful taste one pack had an opened packet that was taped shut. MANY MANY MANY thumbs down

Easy and quick prep time. Tasty noodles, enough to feed 4. Seasonings in separate packets, giving you control over the level of spice. I would definitely order this item again…thank you for offering a great product.

add a little pb, soy, mirin, and sliced cucumbers and it is so electric

These those are the absolute best. They taste great. I love the wide body on the noodle. They have an excellent flavor, hands down the best noodle so far.

I was really expecting something special as I saw these advertised of TikTok. I have zero luck ordering from their shop so I ordered here. They are way expensive when you order through here but I had to try them. It was good, but the noodle packets are too small and I could eat 2 of them in one sitting. Even after dresses with a protein and vegetables. Flavor is just okay.

Great flavor but definitely packs a punch with the heat level
