I do a handful of these at 4 minutes in the microwave and dump some Green Giant steamed veggies on top. Easy! Perfect for someone like me who is unable to have wheat noodles and isn’t well enough to make anything complex.

These are my favorite rice noodles. Being vermicelli they cook up pretty quickly. I make a great soup with these using Amy’s mushroom bisque, tomato paste (or not), curry powder & whatever else I want. Personally I like to add some powdered sunflower seed lecithin, it makes it richer, but I digress.
These noodles are awesome and are another product I buy on Amazon by the case for the savings it gives me.

Some things are ‘marked’ gluten-free, but if you have a wheat intolerance, you WILL know if you have been lied to – this pasta DID NOT make my stomach hurt, and that’s a miracle! Will continue to order….

These rice noodles are healthy and make cooking very easy. The noodles taste great. Just be careful when you reheat them, because they may break up in little pieces. I love that they are organic and come in a six-pack!
