While these are great sizes and a good quantity, they are poorly made. Out of the first six bags that I used, three of the balls that close the bags broke! There is no repair for those little balls. Additionally, the top section of it looks and feels like plastic. Already one has begun to tear. Find a different brand, these are not well-made.

I Saw a video by shelf about using mesh bags for home storage. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. I admit I am surprised that keeping my fresh vegetables and other foods in these bags rather than leaving them open or storing them in containers has helped keep them fresher and maintain their flavor much longer than I anticipated. It works, and I like that they’re washable. Just throw them in the machine and air or tumble dry.
