I love this vegetable. It’s the spinach of hot season. If you have all year round warmth and water, you don’t even need to pull it from the roots. Just cut and it will come again.
10 seeds will be enough to feed one person in a season. you can stagger the planting to get frequent supply. They germinated in about a week. And really like water. Just cut them and sauteed with soy sauce and garlic or add mushroom. That’s my favorite way to cook them. Or chop them up and add in soup of your choice. Crunchy like celery. But mild and tasty.
There’s a catch though. There are some states in the US ban this veggie because it is so vigorous and would clog waterways. So, check with your local laws first.

Bought these a while back to start up a home garden with prices inflating for groceries. The seeds came in secure packaging and were easy to plant. From there on it was a matter of watering, caring, and then waiting for them to grow fully to pick.

The Seeds arrived in one day as was ordered, in nice packaging and for the major most part the seeds themselves look good, only a small number looked questionable. I received 543 seeds, which according to the ‘Title’ or the ‘Product information’ section of the ad, is a very generous amount of seeds, however, the ‘About this item’ section states: “You will receive 600 plus pcs.”, in which case I was then shorted 57 seeds. They need to fix the ad so that it states what they mean to sell in all areas. I have not yet tried to germinate them as they just arrived.
