Every piece of the fruit was in great shape. Only one banana was mushy. So happy to get it in such a short period of time

My mother lives in a nursing home. She has more than she needs of everything but she doesn’t get much fresh fruit. I’ve been sending her the medium box every month or so and she is thrilled with it! She has plenty for herself and plenty to share. The fruit is always beautiful, the variety is wonderful and the quality is better than any other company I’ve dealt with! I also sent a box to my daughter who helped my husband and I through Covid. The delivery man put it near their side door which they rarely use. I had forgotten to tell her it was coming. It sat outside in the cold for 3 or 4 days before I told her where it was. The packing from Branch to Box is so wonderful that the fruit was not frozen nor harmed in anyway. I don’t buy fruit from anyone else anymore because the flavor of this fruit is heavenly!

Fruit arrived quickly in time ups.
Heavy box was surprised when opened as it had beautiful fruit but no bananas as shown in photo. And packets of condiments from some ones lunch. Scattered in box among fruit.

With the exception of the persimmons everything arrived in great condition. This is a decent quality fruit box and good variety. Due to shipping and other factors I can forgive a couple persimmons not perfect.
I tried a banana from the box and an Opal apple so far. As far as bananas go it couldn’t get any better. The Opal apple instantly reminded me of the Golden Delicious apple of a half century ago. A nice sweet apple with good texture and apple flavor.
I will be ordering it again.

Family was so excited for this. Arrived yesterday and we open to find a beautifully packaged collection of mostly soggy mushy fruit. In the entire box there were only 6 decent fruit—2 picture perfect apples, a beautiful pear, an orange, a tangerine & an ok grapefruit. (Pictures included)
Would have been five stars if all the fruit look this way. Three of the best fruits in the box are easily visible when you open it. (Shown in pic)
That was the worst of it—seeing this beautiful visual and then squishy disappointment. Just imagine trying to divide six routes between five family members when we expected an entire box of decent fruit. Posted a few pics of the bad because unwilling to get mushy fruit flies are plentiful in Hawaii so the ick had to go asap.
Along with the 10 disappointing mushy peaches were the overly soft kiwi(4) that look great & sunk in.
Can’t tell you how gross it was to go to pick up fruit so neatly wrapped in green and have your fingers immediately sink into them.
Included with the box was a card (pictured) that’s said “in lieu of bananas they chose to add more apples and citrus fruits” I wish that was the case. I can definitely say I’m glad that we didn’t get bananas considering the condition of most other fruits there.
We would have appreciated more than two apples. I mean they said they sent more apples than normal due to bananas being left out…so if you say you going to include more citrus fruits then shouldn’t you really include more citrus fruits? And I f you say you included MORE apples then normal is ONE apple what normally comes in a box?
If so that is certainly deceptive imaging in the description & pics on Amazon.
Apples and citrus fruit certainly would have held up better in the box. Overall most of the fruit in this delivery I wouldn’t have picked if I went to a store or farmers’ market. The 2 avocados included were tiny and mostly brown inside & one smelled foul. No one really wanted to touch anything else after getting one mushy fruit after another. I still wouldn’t have purchased them because they’re way too small. I guess at least we can assume that the fruit is freshly picked.
Would appreciate a box of fresh Apples, Oranges, pears (plural) mangoes & non mushy fruit as a replacement please & thank you.
That is assuming this awful collection is an anomaly for the company.
The best thing I can say about this order is it didn’t take long to get here and the packaging was lovely & undamaged.

This fruit is delicious! It tasted like it was just picked a few hours before it got to me. Securely packed. For someone who likes fruit, this would be a very nice gift.

Well packaged. I live in GA and this was shipped to me via UPS from Pennsylvania so I’m not sure why it is listed as California. Box itself was kinda beat up by transit regardless though. Like other reviewers, I did not receive bananas. I received 24 pieces altogether- 2 kiwis, 3 gala apples, 4 white flesh peaches, 2 Bartlett pears, 3 navel oranges, 3 Granny Smith apples, and 7 very small tangerines. Quality is same as grocery store quality. Peaches were bruised pretty badly though. This is what I get from the mixed bag of fruit from kroger for $10. So quite over priced. Not really too impressed and while it was nicely packed I don’t know that I would give as a gift. Just doesn’t seem like much in general and isn’t a $50 gift by any measure. Maybe I’m put off by so many very small pieces- almost half of what I received was tiny- tangerines and kiwis and under ripened peaches no larger than half my palm.

This is the second time I have sent fruit from them and all recipients said how good all of the fruit was. Some needed to ripen for a day or so but everyone commented on the quality and tastiness of the fruit. Will definitely send again
