I didn’t realize there was such minimal product for the cost. I thought the bag said 20 oz, but it said 2!
I tried to return it and received an automated response stating that returns were not available for this product.
I had actually found a better product and was definitely a more substantial amount for less cost.

Needed egg whites for my royal icing for our Christmas cake. The last couple of years I have used the liquid egg substitutes from the grocery store. But they put yellow coloring in it to make it look like eggs. Used this powdered eggs whites instead and my frosting stayed white.

This is better than using fresh egg whites for souffles. My son is very fond of Jacques Pepin ‘s Mango Souffle and I have found this to give lovely “never fail” high rise souffles..
