Great for baked goods and for egg free egg washes. My new go to when I need eggs.

This plant-based egg replacement is an essential item to have on hand in my house. I have family members with various dietary restrictions – whether it’s gluten, soy, dairy, or something else, we’ve got it. But above all, it can be hard to find reliable vegan substitutes, and this powder was a game-changer. What I love most about this replacement is its ease of use, blending seamlessly into a multitude of recipes without altering the taste or texture, which is something I’ve found challenging with other substitutes. Plus, it’s shelf-stable, and it’s so versatile that whether you’re a seasoned vegan baker or just started dating a vegan (lol), this is an excellent go-to.

In my mind nothing is exactly as good as using real eggs in my baking, but this product comes close. I think the best aspect is always having it at the ready in case I run out of eggs, or maybe just fall one egg short when I want to bake something. It comes in a resealable plastic bag. The product is very fresh.

I’m not vegan but I’m always looking for shelf stable ways to prepare my pantry. This egg substitute works much like a flax egg except you don’t have to prepare it in advance. I just add it to my dry ingredients and increase the liquid by about 3 tablespoons to replicate the volume of an egg. I love that it’s non-gmo but wish it was also organic.

I wanted to try out this vegan product, not because I am vegan, but it’s fun to know products that are available for those that do need them due to dietary restrictions or preference.
This egg replacer worked really well in some pancakes I made. It was a tad bit different, but not much! It was fun to give it a try, and now I have a product on my shelf to use if I am in a pinch and realize I need an egg or 2.
The egg replacer is fresh and comes in a resealable bag, though I did vacuum seal it to help it last longer for the next time I use it.

We have several people coming for the holidays that have dietary restrictions. This will be great to have and use as needed for several recipes. Sometimes it’s difficult to find food items for people that have restrictions. I like to keep a few basic items on hand. I’m glad to have this in my cabinet just in case. It’s also great to have as a back up in case you run out of eggs. It’s fairly easy to adjust the amount needed and it doesn’t seem to change the flavor of your recipes you use it in. The package is resealable which makes it nice for storing and using small portions here and there.

This egg replacement powder performs very well! It seems to yield slightly less moist results than a regular egg would so instead of just combining with water, I add a little oil as well and that seems to help. So far I have made sugar cookies and cake with it. The cookies came out a little more crumbly than I would’ve liked. I’ve tried several other egg substitute products but nothing is exactly like eggs so I don’t expect perfection. The most important thing to me is the taste. I do not notice any off-putting taste when using this. Overall, this is a good option for an egg substitute. You have to play around with ratios and such with different recipes, but each time I make something with this it gets better. I am hoping to perfect some recipes for my mom who has alpha gal (can’t have mammal products) and other special dietary needs.

Oldest son is vegan, used it to bake a cake for Thanksgiving and it didn’t last the day!

This is my first time using an egg replacer in my Vegan recipes. I like this. If you use too much, you’ll taste it but it’s not bad. It’s kind of an eggy taste when you use more than directed. This worked well in my Gluten-Free Recipes too. I’m really happy with what I ordered so I’m considering buying more.

Just use a tablespoon of this, and 3 tablespoons of water instead of an egg. Banana bread rose just like normal, and tasted great. Overall I recommend it for anyone that wants to replace eggs in baked goods. This is also a good option for people that have difficulty stocking fresh eggs for baking, or as a fallback in case you’re out of eggs and want to bake.
