I’ve tried many brands of shredded Parmesan and I keep buying this one from Amazon because it tastes so much better than many other brands. It melts well and is moist enough so it doesn’t dry out too soon after opening the package. I store it in the coldest part of the fridge, the meat drawer, to maintain it’s freshness as long as possible.
