Sometimes you just do not need a large bag of potatoes and that’s when the miniature bags work best. These potatoes cook up nicely and last fairly well. My only issue is the lack of consistency in sizing and the bumps and inclusions that have to be removed from individual potatoes. If it’s a really small potato you will not have much left if you cut away any flaws. A “premium “ potato with a premium price should not have these problems.

I fell in love with them. For soup, steaming, slicing, oven baked…. You get my point. Try these and the mixed medley mini potatoes. Oh an they are perfect for potatoes al gratin

Perfect little size, good texture. Taste great. Potatoes are always a great value for the money. I make mine with crushed salt, garlic, and Rosemary.

I really liked how golden they were inside and out and they had a wonderful flavor and texture no matter how I cooked them! I wish there was an Amazon Fresh store near me, because with the fees and limitations to large orders, it took this convenience away, because I don’t spend enough to get the free delivery!

After washing them I cut them into one inch chunks, dried the pieces with paper towels, shook them in a Ziploc bag with extra virgin olive oil to coat then placed them evenly spaced on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Don’t crowd them or they will steam instead of roasting. I then sprinkled them with garlic butter seasoning and crushed dried rosemary. I baked them for 25 minutes at 425 degrees. My kitchen smelled heavenly! Golden brown on the outside and creamy on the inside. Great comfort food since I was sick with a cold. Yum! Quality produce and fresh product. Thank you Amazon!

These taste great and have many uses in many recipes. I swear I had a bag I kept in the back of my vegetable drawer for a year or so and a few had to be thrown out when I checked on them from time to time but when I finally ate all the ones that were left they tasted still fresh and tasty.

Very nice potatoes. Roast them for full flavor or just boil and mash. Every day use potatoes.
Also can Bake them or you can make home fries. Value is decent. BNiut it’s a potato
