I have always loved red potatoes better then its cousins, to me red potatoes makes better mashed potatoes and makes a better potaroe salad, also i enjoy frying them they get crispy and are moist on the inside, they make a great french fry if you hav an air fryer there great for anytning, scalloped potatoes i make mine non dairy and it tasts creamy,, gold potatoes are good to but the red potatoe it top on my list…
