I’ve been using these filters since I bought my refrigerator and a sample came with the frig. It absolutely lengthens the life of your fruits, vegetables, produce. and I order new ones every 6 months and toss the old ones.

I can’t honestly say how they compare to the Whirlpool branded product yet. I am under the assumption that they will produce the same results. It is disappointing that they do not include the replacement indicator but I have entered a calendar reminder to order more in 6 months. The description clearly states they don’t come with the indicators, so nothing was misleading. The only thing I don’t like is that they made their packaging so similar to the OEM Whirlpool item, I thought that’s what I ordered. It wasn’t until I received the package that I noticed no indicator and looked at the item description again. With all that being said, if they function as expected, the price is good and a calendar reminder isn’t hard to do.
