This stuff is amazing! I add it to my bathwater with the Dr. Teals Lavender bubble bath and I sleep like a baby! Never tried it as a foot soak but I imagine that would be just as great!

I love a good bath to help me relax and adding salt is a big part of that. I’ve tried so many different brands always looking for the best deal for the quality. This one is more than I would like to pay, but I seriously have the best sleep after using this. With other products I can’t really notice a difference if I am more relaxed or not…. This bath salt will have you sleeping like a baby! Definitely recommend – btw this is my first review. That’s how passionate I am about this one!

My boys are 12mth and 16 days apart in age. My 4yr old suffers from restless leg. My 3yr old is always over stimulated. I ordered this to try and help my 4yr old process his iron better. I use this to make a whipped body butter and also a ointment and it’s works great. The best way to get magnesium into your cells is transdermally especially since our skin is the largest organ of our bodies.

I started making and using my own magnesium oil for deodorant after my friend was diagnosed with breast cancer, and it works so well! I’ve tried all the natural deodorants but so many contain baking soda which makes my skin very irritated. The oil made my armpits tingle at first but they no longer do. This is the most amazing product ever. I have recently started taking magnesium with my daily vitamins and have been sleeping 85% better. I added this to my bath and it had been a game changer.
