I would not have purchased this item if I’d have been aware of the presence of Sulfur Dioxide. I looked for it, but didn’t see anything indicating its presence.

These peaches had a very strong sulfur taste and smell. A lot of the peaches were tiny, almost the size of half a fresh apricot and spongy in texture. Some were large peach halves that were nice and chewy. It was almost as if they were running out of one type of peach and replaced the remainder with a different kind. I probably won’t get this brand dried fruits again, though their nuts are very good.

I don’t like to complain about a product, because many times it’s a small business seller and reviews hurt them. However, I do want to warn you guys that the dried peaches I got smell terrible and have an unusual taste. Please be aware of this. Not sure if this is just a bad batch or what, but I cannot eat them. A huge waste of money if not returnable.

Got these peaches to make fried pies. They looked good, but ended up with a weird bite to them. I was able to get rid of most of it by adding some salt, but the flavor is still a little off. Still good enough in a pinch though.

Product is very good, nice fresh Peachy taste and aroma. Every one seems to be perfect and plump and full of the flavor I enjoy.

I am bedridden, having these on my side table is great! Being able to get a tasty snack on my own is very valuable to me. No refrigeration required so they are there when I need them. They are perfect too, soft but chewy, great flavor. I’ve lived in both areas of the USA that have the best peaches and these must come from there!

Sometimes, there is a powerful smell from the dried fruit when you first open the bag. There are also a few pieces that have a white residue that I toss out. Otherwise, there are no issues. Why is dried fruit so expensive?
