Takes longer to soften than maifun/angel hair rice noodles, but tastes similar and holds sauce well. A good purchase if you don’t have an asian market nearby, being superior to the limited choices in most US supermarket chains. Glad I purchased.

Thinking about gluten-free? These rice noodles fit the bill. All you need to do is soak them for a few minutes in modestly hot water and enjoy them with anything from tomato sauce to olive oil. A good product.

I was disappointed as these are pretty narrow and better suited for Pad Thai. I wanted the noodles for Pad Se Ew and expected wider noodles. I think the problem is these are large Rice “Sticks” and not Rice “Noodles”. I find almost all Rice Stick products to be narrow, even Large ones. But, when Noodles is in the description they are always nice and wide. One package can feed 4 hungry people. Half a package cooks in 2 minutes if you like your noodles al dente. Once cooked, drain and mix in the pan with Szechuan string beans and have yourselves a real treat just after mixing it all together a low heat.

My partner and I love these noodles for stir fry, They are easy to cook and are a delicious addition to any recipe calling for noodles. ABD they are gluten free.

I’ve been looking for these noodles for a dish I’ve made for years. I used to be able to get them in my local supermarket or Hmart but they’re no longer available there. Glad to see Amazon has them and I probably have two years supply in this order. Rice noodles are soaked in hot water, nor boiled.
