Love this curry. I use it to make a stew to have with crunchy French bread or rice.

One cubed chicken breast, a cubed Yukon Gold, a can of Chaokoh, this paste and OMG. Didn’t have a carrot so I threw in a 1/2 package of 365 Root Veggies (carrots, sweet potatoes, turnip, parsnip) which worked splendidly. 25 minutes and totally great. I’ve had some disappointing AHG packets but way more good ones – this one is right up there with the Butter Chicken (which is superb).
