I bought these to make fig infused Bourbon and they were perfect. Everyone that received this gift was happy! It tasted fabulous. These figs were the perfect flavor and consistency for my project.

I thought I ordered dried prunes.. but ordered these by mistake…
I’m hoping to find dried prunes that are as good as these figs..

A little dry but great flavor. I bought these after reading all of the negative reviews and I knew what I was getting. First of all, NOT mold on the figs. It’s sugar crystals on the surface. I appreciate that they are organic and have no preservatives that are commonly used with dried fruit. The figs that come in bags at other supermarkets are much more wet than these but I think they are delicious. I put some in a bowl, poured boiling water over them and let it sit for a minute. Drain and eat. I needed figs for a muffin recipe and these are perfect. I’m also pouring water over them when I eat them plain. Only takes a couple of minutes and they are plump and moist again. They are not old. The expiration date is 2/28/21. It’s the nature of this recyclable packaging. It’s not 100% airtight so some of the moisture has escaped but the figs are perfectly delicious.

I bought Aurora Organic Extra Large Turkish Figs two months ago. These figs were delicious. They were huge and very moist- the best tasting figs I ever had. I wanted to reorder this product, but they were out of stock for some time.
The other day I ordered Aurora Black Mission Figs, believing that this would be a great product. Boy was I wrong. Although the Black Mission Figs are a differently named product than the first figs that I bought, the black mission figs were ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. They were small, dry and very hard, and nothing like the moist figs that I bought two months ago.
If you like small, dry and hard black mission figs, you will love this product.
