Unfortunately, the third purchase of these potatoes showed war wounds, scarred and mostly small ones which began to rot after a week. One was white flesh inside, but the flavor is better than most of this type. Will continue to buy, in spite of complaint.

Every time I’ve bought these they’re more like long skinny, finger sweet potatoes. I need more substance to a potato. These aren’t even hardly worth peeling. The flavor is OK. I usually end up cooking then for the dogs and buying myself large sweet potatoes at the store.

Just bake for an hour at 350 and what a great easy side dish for chicken, fish, pork roast. Also good for mashed yams. I wish I could still find the yellow yams.

I’m on a sweet potato kick and just bought another bag of these! They come with some variance in sizing which I like because sometimes I just don’t want a large potato and other times I will absolutely demolish a large potato. I had some hesitation because I had previously bought cut up sweet potato from Amazon before, multiple times and they were definitely vinegary and completely off-putting but these are delicious. They have minimal imperfections, the flesh is a good color, and the taste is great. I recommend these!

When I order the size of the potatoes are not consistent or the amount included in bag. Sometimes it looks like a few are missing.
