These zucchinis remained very fresh and firm in my refrigerator longer than most. I don’t remember exactly the number of days, but my best guess would be one week+. Very crunchy and tasty!

Yellow crookneck and green zucchini – a good combination. This pair is larger than the last time I ordered. I like the larger size as they have more flavor than the smaller younger squash. And if I want to stuff and bake the zucchini, the larger squash won’t get mushy before the filling is hot and properly cooked. I hope they will always carry the produce from this grower.

Love this! Sliced with some Garlic salt! I use Pam olive oil spray no calories! Low fat and delish!!
