I like these in my stir fry and fried rice. they enhance the flavor of both but it’s hard to get them. Always out of stock and they don’t last very long in the fridge.

I’m a fan of mung bean sprouts in my stir fry and these do not disappoint.

These bean sprouts are terrible. I grow thicker ones myself which I will continue to do from now on. They are the diameter of spaghetti noodles. They don’t taste good either . Also as is the case with ALL Amazon food purchases they were spoiled after the 5th day.
I would NEVER buy th again and wouldn’t recommend that you do either

They aren’t always fresh bean sprouts that’s delivered. Best bet it to go to the supermarket to actually see what you pay for.

Once opened, and even before being opened, they spoil really quickly. Gotta eat them up fast.

These are great in salads, stir frys. I add them to my soup at the end. They are mild. I love them.

🥲I ordered these for convenience, obviously for those who know that $3 Plus is “Overpriced” for this item any where. I chose it because of the packaging shown. While it’s appreciated to be available; they need to get the vacuumed packaged version; like shown. Mine came in a plastic container. Liquid was present on the bottom of the container and sprouts were deflated by shape from the moisture.
Typically, they are vacuumed packaged for freshness, Under $2.00 generally. If in a loose bag, $1 plus, but under $2 at market. Sprouts do not last long.
However, a sign that they are bad or on the way will be the moisture and liquid. It would be better to purchase them from processed tin can. Tin Cans, you know the sprouts are preserved with liquid. But, you will miss that Amazing Fresh Crispiness if you are a fan of these lovelies. 🥰
So Beware that the picture shown is not how it may be delivered. If you see moisture and liquid the plastic container; Consider Pitching them for food safety. You don’t know the temps that this item maintained in their truck or the warehouse. Soggy Sprouts are not cool for any price.
