I wanted to wait to give this product a thorough review. It’s been just over a year since I bought this water flosser, and its technical performance hasn’t been stellar. To be fair, functionally speaking for oral hygiene, this thing was fantastic! My teeth and gums have felt amazing! However, mechanical and electrical failures overruled the benefits of water flossing by rendering them moot. The first water flosser I had hit a breaking point within the return window. The bottom of the water chamber just fell off as I was attaching the top. I returned and replaced it, no problem. I was more gentle with the new version, and it didn’t have any mechanical failures. However, it did have an electrical failure! I didn’t realize it, but the dang thing wouldn’t charge up. Kudos to the designers for making it as efficient as you did. Maybe it’s my flossing routine, but it lasted several months of use before the battery died. I plugged it in and looked for the blinking light aaaaand… nothing. So I tried checking the outlet and the charging cord and the block, everything worked fine. Except the water flosser. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement, I love using the water flosser. However, I don’t think I’d recommend anyone purchase this unless they’re using it solely for travel, knowing they can replace it if it breaks. I had high hopes, now I’m going to get a plug-in Waterpik—that won’t have either of the problems this one had. And at the cost of the replacing this, in less than a year it’ll be worth my money.
Edit: After reviewing multiple USB-C cords, a USB-USB-C cord somehow worked. Not sure why, but I’m leaving the review up in case someone has the same problem.

If you’re looking for a water flosser, look no more! I did extensive research to make sure I purchased the right one and happy I decided on this. The price for what you get is unbeatable. Great battery life, after 3 weeks I’m just now having to charge it for the first time. I use it daily and the water pressure is stronger than the plug in one I had previously. I was worried it wouldn’t be as I always heard the compact cordless ones were not as powerful. Great investment, well made and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The purple color looks so much nicer than the usual white and blue ones. Buying more for everyone in my family. Love love love!!!

Easy to use and refill. I have been using water pik on and off for years. This is so much more convenient. Great for travelling and the number 2 setting leaves my teeth and gums squeaky clean. Better than flossing.

I like the product for it’s inexpensiveness. However, one thing that happens a lot is when I go to remove or replace the water holding part with fresh water is that I often activate the thing and it sprays in random directions in my bathroom. This is because it takes a light grip to push the two parts together and rotate the bottom into the locking position. Just enough force that if you finger is on the device over the button (something easily done), it turns it on.
I wish it had an “on/off” switch AND a “go” switch so that it requires two actions to turn it on. It’d make filling it a more dry experience. The only other thing is, it has 3 intensity settings. I generally use it on the lowest. I wish it had a set of alternate heads instead of just a straight burst of water. My waterpik (bigger less portable unit) has a brush head and somehow it just feels more gentle on the gums. But it’s not bad as is and it’s size is decent enough for travel. Battery life is very good.

Kids have short attention spans and are not really interested in oral hygiene as we know. Manual flossing was becoming a nightly nightmare and I was giving up. A cavity between two molars appeared overnight as we missed some flossing sessions and now food keeps getting stuck in a little cavity pocket. I immediately looked up Waterpik but didn’t know there were so many smaller, less loud, and battery operated options. This battery lasts a very long time and the different flow options is nice especially if you’re treating sensitive gums. My child lets me water floss her teeth every night because it takes a minute or less . Keeping the cavity from growing is the goal since they are baby molars and I don’t want any aggressive and or traumatizing dental procedure on a molar that’s falling off anyway. I use a kid toothpaste with hydroxyapatite and at night I leave some on the affected area . It’s fluoride free toothpaste so I don’t have to worry about ingestion. The reservoir is a nice size and shape because it gives it a better grasp. Easy to clean and again the battery lasts forever, it has been over 3 weeks since I last charged it and it still going. The color is very pretty as well. This water flossed is not loud and you don’t have to worry about any electrical cords. Great price and great value!

I want to start off by saying that this works and I’m so impressed. This little miracle worker proves that you do not have to spend top dollar to get amazing results. I suffer with Bleeding gums when I brush and I have a bit of a receding gumline on my front two bottom teeth, so may be dealing with early stages of gingivitis. As this is a bit embarrassing for me to say, there is more people who suffer with this exact issue than people know. So I started to do a bit of research to see if I can stop or reverse this issue from getting worse, and what I came to realize is that if you can clean below your gumline, then thats a start to a healthier mouth. 😁 I’ve did more research and found that water piks are way better than flossing because water piks are able to get below the gumline and clean all that bacteria and plaque and debris from your teeth. So I bought this Water Pik in hopes that this would work and help me get on the right path to a healthier mouth and gums. When I used this for the first time, I was so SHOCKED at how clean my teeth and mouth looked and felt. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER! If you do not have this in your life or your looking into purchasing this or if you suffer with gingivitis or bleeding gums, BUY THIS NOW! This water pik is great quality and I love that it doesn’t take batteries, all you have to do is charge it, how simple is that?! It comes with many different attachments including a tongue cleaner. I also love that it comes in so many different colors. Just grab it, you won’t regret it! It’s made a huge difference in just one cleaning. SUPER STOKED!

I wasn’t expecting much because this is the cheapest one I could find and some of the reviews were iffy. However, I love this so much I will use it everyday. I needed this. I flossed and then used this and the amount of food that still came out was crazy. Everyone needs a water flosser. It’s very powerful, I could only do level one . It’s a power washer for your mouth. Great product & I will buy again.

This is the third water flosser I’ve purchased on amazon over the years, and it’s by far the best. They all have functioned and looked pretty similar, with similar size water tanks. It’s more powerful than the others, the attachments snap on and off of the device much easier and smoother, and the door on the back to fill it opens and closes much easier as well. It overall feels like much better quality than my past 2. The only con is that the flosser attachments are all clear, whereas the others had color rings on them to easily distinguish which one is yours.

Once I figured out charge and pressure lights., (my error, not the product), I would rate this 100% A+,
Works great, easy to use, easy to clean, and charge lasts many uses, I have already recommended to a number of people.
You will not be disappointed!

I really like the power, battery life and price. Make sure to keep it in the corner so it doesn’t fall. Mine fell to the bathroom rug about 3.5 ft cracking the tip and cracking the bottom seam. I was able to run a bead of ca glue around the bottom seam to get it sealed up again. Tip on the other hand was a pain in the butt!! Tried to pull tip out but it is in so tight it pulled apart below surface. After that was a good 30 minutes to try and grab it to pull our. Tried pliers, metal picks, hot glue and finally got a small screw to grab enough that I could gently pull it out with pliers. I would think an engineered weak spot above the lock that would snap leaving enough to grab on or an eject mechanism that popped it out the oring when you pushed the unlock button would be a great improvement.
Overall it’s a great product if you are not older or clumsy lol
