I am never without fresh broccoli in my fridge. I use it in so many ways. Steamed to a bit more than crisp-tender, drain then toss with butter & lemon juice to taste; sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese covering pan to melt; serve with your favorite meat, chicken, fish or as part of a steamed veggie plate. I get the crowns as they have just enough stems to keep the broccoli fresh for a longer time than the florets.

I have never written a review for a food product before, but this item is truly exceptional. The freshness and taste is outstanding. I steam my fresh broccoli, then usually put a vinaigrette on it, but this is so delicious just plain that I had trouble to stop eating it–no dressing needed! Vitamins have never tasted so good. Yum!

This crown didn’t fit my head well and did not have any jewels. Very disappointing. It did however taste good. Do not recommend wearing but do recommend eating.
