Our new Oat Barista Blend steams beautifully, perfectly pairs with coffee, and tastes great by itself. It’s also unsweetened, made with whole rolled, gluten free oats and has no gums or stabilizers

It tastes great, has creamy texture. I drink it, add it to coffee or tea.

I’ve been buying this oat milk 4 cases at a time for years. From Amazon. And it’s been fabulous, truly the best oat milk out there for getting micro foam on my espresso machine, but also the creamiest nut milk I know. I like it more than Oatly and it performs better for coffee as well.
But, earlier this year I got a 4 case batch that was horrible. I knew it instantly, before tasting — just from the smell. Taste confirmed. It was like all of the sudden it went from that expertly luscious liquid I’d drank every day was now being made by some guy with oats and a blender. It was way too oaty, texture was off, balance was wrong. I cracked the other cases and found they all had the same problem.
Good news is I wrote the company and told them what I had and they shipped four new cases immediately, no problem. Perfect customer service. They said what I’d received wasn’t right and so they fixed it.
But looking at recent reviews here I see the problems continue for others. And if you hadn’t had the product before you wouldn’t know it should be better.
I should also note that one carton from my replacements was really off, full of chunky something. It was one carton out of 24 — and the rest were back to normal goodness — but it was disappointing nonetheless.
So, I’m hanging back for a bit, buying oatly to tide me over until this clears up. I have confidence Califia will fix it up, but don’t want to have to deal with another bad batch. If you get one, let the company know and they’ll fix it.
I’m giving them five stars because they earned that with years of excellence. But if this doesn’t clear up soon I’ll come back and adjust down.

This product, although expensive is so delicious. Being an almond milk user for years- decided to give this a try. I hope that they never stop making it! It’s a morning treat in my coffee.

Califia Farms – Oat Barista Blend oat milk is a fantastic product that has helped me create the perfect coffee drinks at home.
What sets this oat milk apart from other options on the market is its consistency and taste. It’s perfectly creamy, which is ideal for latte art, and it doesn’t taste overly sweet or artificial, which can often be an issue with other dairy alternatives. Great in smoothies and protein drinks.
Another great thing about the Oat Barista Blend is that it froths up beautifully. I have tried many other non-dairy milk products in the past but none of them froth up quite as well as this oat milk. Its rich and creamy texture makes for an excellent foam that lasts for an extended period, perfect for barista-quality lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee-based drinks.
The oat milk is also incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, and is suitable for different dietary requirements since it’s plant-based, gluten-free, kosher, and non-GMO.
Overall, I cannot recommend Califia Farms – Oat Barista Blend oat milk enough. It’s a great dairy-free, healthy, and sustainable alternative to cow’s milk that provides a phenomenal drinking experience. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just looking for a great plant-based milk option, this product is a must-try.

What can you say about oat milk? I got the Barista Vanilla flavored oat milk to make my morning expressos. It does actually froth when ran through a frothier. Better froth sometimes than others it seems. The taste is really delicious. Can easily drink it by itself. Only thing that sucks is you get un-grinded oats in the milk sitting at the bottom or in your drink when you shake it up before poring which is recommended. Honesty, its not a big deal to swallow a soggy oat or two every once and again. Important thing is it tastes incredible and actually froths using a frothier machine unlike other nut milks. Highly recommended if you’re looking for that milk substitute to drink alone or for something like coffee or tea.

The only fault I find with this product is that it becomes too thick when made with a protein powder or other supplement in my frother. I use another brand of vanilla unsweetened almond milk for this purpose. Other than that, it tastes very good in espresso, or when making hot chocolate, or by itself. It’s a little unusual, so if you’re bored with typical nut milks, I would advise you to try it. It’s cheaper to get a 6 pack, but you can buy a single for a first use.

I used to work at Starbucks back when soy milk was the only alternative milk option….so it’s been awhile. But I was a devout soy milk lover. Then I tried their Iced brown sugar oatmilk Shaken espresso and fell in love! So I began the hunt for my new oatmilk obsession. This oatmilk is amazing. It’s thicker than almond milk but thinner than soy milk. I also have a frother and this milk froths up so well! So I can make cappuccinos and lattes as foamy as I want! It works amazing with hot and cold coffee drinks. Pro tip: Starbucks will let you buy most of their syrups if they have them in stock. So if you have a coffee machine with an espresso setting, you can literally make Starbucks at home. I make the brown sugar oatmilk drink at home with the Starbucks syrup, espresso and this milk and it tastes almost the exact same!

I use nothing else when making my lattes every morning. It froths wonderfully and doesn’t take away from the flavor of my coffee.

I normally use Oatly Barista blend, but it’s getting kind of pricy. I ordered this as a replacement and I am very happy with it. It’s very creamy and delicious; perfect for my lattes.

This is more often than not the brand of oat milk your local coffee shop is using. This brand does not have the chalky taste some of the other ones have and is overall very good.
This is definitely not an economical oat milk if your use case is cereal or straight drinking. But is perfect for additives such as coffee/tea or adding a little creaminess to a dish.
Its way cheaper to buy the 6 pack on amazon than to buy these cartons in the grocery store but even so there are cheaper options out there. This is also a good candidate for Subscribe and Save as it doesnt perish and is usually used up quickly in my house. I usually keep a box of these on hand each month but there are a few other brands I have been trying on amazon. Id recommend this product but also to try other oat milks out there because I am mostly switching to another one that is $15-$17 a 6 pack and is almost just as good as this one.
