I was not expecting the intense flavor of these little guys, eaten raw, sliced into some pita bread along with hummus and other goodies. They also cooked up nice, with fried onion and garlic as a side dish, with some fresh herbs. Great price, too.

I like to try different things and someday hope to plant different heirloom varieties of carrots in a garden. So when I saw this colorful bag of carrots I was very excited to try the different types. The purple carrot was very stringy and I did not like the flavor at all. I’m not sure if the lighter carrot was suppose to be yellow or white but it was good and very mild flavored. The orange carrot seemed to be the typical store carrot. Overall the bag was worth trying but I would not buy again for myself.
