I do like these as they remind me of the cup of noods I was accustomed to having growing up. Now in my 30s and being a tad bit more conscious of my meals, I decided picked these up. They are a bit pricey but I see that when it comes to “healthy” foods what isn’t going to cost you a bit more?
The flavors of the soup base is good and doesn’t have that MSG taste (MSG TASTES SO GOOD THOUGH) but does give that chicken flavor.
The noodles are decent considering they’re protein noodles and I do like the texture as it’s similar to your regular type but something I noticed is they don’t get as soft/soggy which can be a good thing if that isn’t your preference but overall I can enjoy these feeling guilt free because of the gains. Cook as you would prepare any other cup of noodles.
My only issue is the packaging. My order came in a bag and it possibly could have been due to handling or poor packaging but a cup or 2 had been slightly cracked opened at the seam inside the plastic/cardboard container. It really wasn’t a huge deal for me but I can imagine it being for some or most.

Not to bad for a Roman with a lot of protein! Obviously it’s not going to taste like your yummy cheap kinds but the flavor is still good just not as bold with it having less sodium “which is good”. I add a little bit of Mrs dash in mine to give it a little extra flavor. Also easy to cook up some more protein and add to it! Overall a good buy and a healthier one!

Love that they’re plant-based, taste great, and are a quick and easy high protein meal… I’m just so sad that my favorite flavors are the ones that have enriched wheat. I have a folic acid intolerance and I was so bummed when I noticed that there is an inconsistency in the noodles. I don’t know if it’s because the flavors are discontinued—the enriched flavors such as Spicy Tequila Lime are not listed on the official Chef Woo website—or if the formula changed and they are just selling old stock, but please make them all UNenriched and it will be 5 stars from me!!

These are so helpful in getting in protein. I like adding some frozen peas & carrots to get some more vegetables and there is the perfect amount of space in the cup to do so. I like the broth, which is saying something as a known soup hater. It is on the higher end for ramen, but it’s great to add to my rotation of easy high protein meals.

Chef Woo is a really good ramen-noodle type food. Unfortunately, the packaging of the most recent case leaves much to be desired. Of the twelve ordered and received three were opened within the case carton and a large amount had spilled into the box. These three are useless and will be thrown away. So much for the calculated price per unit advertised. Further, there’s a no return policy.

I just had the roast chicken version of this product. Taste was not bad, easy to make, certainly a quick meal. It wasn’t clear on Amazon what the carb content was, which turns out to be 29g with 2g of fiber = 27g of net carbs plus 3g of added sugar. Woo shares the carbs of some comparable noodles but not its own product. It doesn’t show the label on the back of the tub at all. You need to fix that. You have Gorden Ramsey as a promotor, but you need to share on the Amazon page all the dietary values. Not distracted by Ramsey. As ramen noodles go 29g of carbs is not bad plus 20g of protein. I bought a case of these for accessional quick meal which I will continue to eat over time. Gave 4 stars because of lack of honesty regarding nutritional content on Amazon site.

I LOVE these ramen cups! I think it’s flavorful, and it’s so nice to have a lunch that’s full of protein and is plant-based. I’ve been eating them a few times each week for lunch, and I look forward to those days. Definitely give this a try!

The flavor on these is shockingly good. I will say that you need to let the noodles soak for a little longer than the instructions state or they’re a little gritty but if soaked for an extra couple minutes they are soft and wonderful.
I’m a big fan of the chicken flavor and will be trying other flavors now that I know how good these are! 10/10 would recommend, I set it for auto delivery!

I love these noodles. I’ve had both the beef and chicken and will be repurchasing.
They are a little light on the flavor, so I do add additional spices to my liking. I actually prefer it this way so I can change up the flavoring a bit each time.
The texture IS different than your average cup of noodles. I prefer this texture as it is a bit more firm and not so mushy. That being said, I do let them sit a little longer than directed. Directions say let sit 5 minutes, I let them sit a full 8 and they’re the perfect texture for me personally.
10/10 recommend for a quick, higher protein lunch.

I bought the chicken & beef protein noodles tasted great, my 21 yr old daughter loves them. For myself I added more chives and onions to it came out perfect. Not worried about the sodium because we are huge water drinkers. I don’t drink juices or sodas so not a biggie for me. Placing another order today. 👌🏻
