Never tried this, best thing to say is that it’s off my bucket list. Allegedly was pork/rice stuffing. Rice was readily apparent, pork not so much. Glad I tried it, wouldn’t order again.

I never cook the items at Christmas that I cooked at Thanksgiving. This year’s theme was a “Cajun Christmas”. These Boudin we’re absolutely delicious and went perfectly with my gumbo and Turducken. They were fresh and packed in dry ice which kept them frozen for the 2 day delivery trip. I’m certain I’ll be ordering this product for another event. By having 9 varieties, I only had to make 1 or 2 of each which produced enough for all of my guests to take leftovers. Bonus!

The boudin thawed completely in shipping. I could actually smell it before I opened the bag. Normally, the smell of boudin in my kitchen is the smell of heaven. But I’m afraid to eat this—after spending $70. I won’t order it again.

they all were great, anyone dreaming that taste of the south would loves these. I just know I will soon order more. Have been wanting for a long time something said type in boudin and there it was. pretty close to home made look and taste. comes in a nice cool Pac still nice and chilled.

The end of the package was cut and then discovered both sausages were cut. They went in the trash. Disappointing after spending over a $100 on the sampler.

Not all boudin companies are alike and this sampler package proves it! The package arrived in two-days, we paid nothing for the shipping as an Amazon Prime member. The price to have 9 packages of boudin shipped to us in Oregon within two-days is typically $100+, so the price of this makes sense to us. If you actually bought these 9 packages of boudin in Louisiana, it would be around $100, so paying the $30 extra for shipping is well worth it to us. So far, we LOVE the smoked Best Stop boudin, the Manda, and the Cajun Original Brand. Comeaux’s had too much meat ratio to rice, so it was not as tasty as the more balanced brands of meat to rice ratio. Boudin is an art to make, mixing the meat and rice and vegetables and spices together is not as easy as it seems, but most of these brands are delicious boudin.

I can’t find boudin sausage in Florida. This is a great variety of sausages. I will buy again.
