I have tried to replicate these with my dehydrator and I can’t quite get there! These are addicting they’re so so so tasty and crunchy! A bit expensive so I can’t buy them as much as I’d like to!

I bought the turmeric almonds based on glowing reviews of the flavor since I like savory almonds. Although the turmeric flavor is nice- turmeric, garlic, and onion but without hot spices unlike curry, my nuts are all stuck together in large clumps of 5-12 nut clusters that are almost impossible to separate, which greatly reduces the almond snacking experience. Most of the bag are a mass of unidentifiable clumps of nuts and melted seasoning, so it’s very difficult to portion control by counting. Since these sprouted almonds cost over 10x per ounce of regular smokehouse almonds, I cannot justify the price for quantity and quality.

I now like sprouted almonds better than regular almonds. Not tough to eat at all. I have to be in the mood to eat it though because I have diverticulitis & I shouldn’t eat them at all… but I do! 😉
