I make and buy dried onion, celery, peppers, and others so I wanted to try these peppers. I do not know why but find them severely lacking in pepper flavor and will stick to dehydrating my own.

Peppers are good but very pricey. Found the same product for 1 third the price and twice the amount, on Amazon. Don’t waste your money on this 1

Great product if you don’t have any fresh peppers. The taste is really good, especially in any recipe with a sauce. My only complaint is it cannot be shipped directly to the US Virgin Islands; makes it expensive.
