For a few months now I had extremely dry lips. Mainly in the corners and around my lips at the very top, but it got to the point that it would hurt my lips to eat certain foods or make them very itchy because of how dry they were. This went on for probably 3 months in the summer. I tried so many different chapsticks, lip scrubs, and lotions.
Until one day I was embarrassed by how visibly dry they were and decided to see what Amazon had to offer for help. I read the reviews for “Dr. Dan’s Cortibalm” and decided to give it a try. I used it for ONE nite and the very next morning my lips were smooth again! I went MONTHS with painfully dry lips and in one nite it was better! I was so thankful and still am to have found it! Can’t say enough good things about it!

I have really dry lips nearly year long, not just the winter. Therefore, I have tried a ton of different lip products. I would only use the medicated chapstick before this, because that was the best thing to help my lips…..until now that is!!!! This works amazingly well! My lips are no longer flaky and dry! They are softening up the longer I use it. I have only had this for a week now, but it’s incredible how fast I seen results and got relief! Thank you for creating this product! This will now be my only lip balm I’ll need! This is now an essential for me.

I think this is the first time I’ve done a product review. I always struggle with very chapped lips from fall straight through winter. This year, I researched and purchased three different specialty balms designed to help (this one and two others). After testing all three, this one did the trick. It has made my lips soft and non-chapped for the first Nov./Dec. in as long as I can remember. I ran out two days ago and started using something else from my stash and immediately backslid. So, it’s definitely time to re-order for me!

I bought this b/c I had a weird rash on my lips that was painful and itchy. I tried products like Cicaplast and it was spreading more instead of disappearing.
I looked for other solutions and found this chapstick, that has hydrocortisone in it, good price, quick delivery and decided to give it a try.
In the beginning, I used it multiple times a day and it worked really fast. By the 3rd day, it was so much better that I only used it before going to bed. Now, less than a week later, I don’t need it al all anymore.
My 9yo daughter’s lip was cracked and I used it before she went to bed and it was sooo much better in the morning !
It does have a somewhat unpleasant “taste” but it’s totally worth it. I’m always going to have one at home. Not to use it everyday, but whenever my lips are cracked or in need of extra healing. I totally recommend this!!!

Truly works wonders. I’m thirty and I’ve always struggled with chapped lips and dry skin in general. Flash forward to the last six months and my lips haven’t only been chapped / cracked, they are flaky all over. The driest I’ve ever had.
I received this chapstick two days ago and have only applied 2-3 times each day on my lips (and a few random extra dry spots around my mouth) and my lips are the smoothest they have EVER been. Not one piece of dry skin or crack or any signs of being chapped.
This is a game changer.

I’ve suffered with dry lips for as long as I can remember. Living in a place where it’s dry all the time all year round makes it hard to keep my lips hydrated no matter how much chapstick I use or how much water I drink. I accepted that maybe that’s just how it would be unless I moved to another state that wasn’t as dry. I saw this while browsing for chapsticks and decided to give it a try. After the first use I immediately felt a difference. My lips are no longer chapped and they stay moisturized all day. This is the only chapstick I use now. 10/10 very impressed. I don’t leave the house without this now

One of my friends recommended this lip balm for me while I was on Accutane, which severely dries out your lips and can lead to cracking, peeling, etc. I’ve tried a few other chapsticks while on Accutane, and none of them really worked. I’d say this one does a fairly good job! It provides moisture that doesn’t dissipate immediately after applying, so it’s definitely worth trying for very dry, chapped lips.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of how dry and cracked my lips are (my bottom lip split) but I was actually surprised at how much it helped.
My lips are not as dry and are not as chapped.
My lips is still split but it doesn’t seem to be as bad after using this.
Only thing I don’t like is how much I am having to use it and the super waxy feel it has.

Works really well, but smells like cigarette smoke very bad, like the actual chapstick itself. So when I put it on, all I could smell is smoke, don’t think I can use it anymore.

I have bought so many different types of chapsticks in the last month. Chapsticks, oil, scrubs, night balm, you name it I bought it! But nothing seemed to work on my terribly chapped and peeling lips. They got so bad and it didn’t help that I was picking at them (I am horrible with picking at things that make the issue triple as bad but I can’t help it. I do it subconsciously and most times I don’t realize it). So they were burning, chapped, peeling and raw to the point they were bleeding if I smiled or talked too much. It was PAINFUL! They’ve never ever got this bad before that I was tempted to go to the doctor. They hurt THAT MUCH.
I bought this chapstick along with Burt’s and Bees overnight balm and O’Keeffes chapstick and overnight balm. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t use this at first because I had higher hopes for another brand I bought would be my “miracle”. I thought O’Keeffes was going to work because it was thick and it helped with the pain, but it didn’t help after a week of using. And the overnight balm was crap and tasted so bad. I then tried B&B night balm and same thing. It helped for temporary comfort but didn’t heal my lips at all. They were so chapped and painful. So lastly, I tried this one. I almost immediately stopped because I didn’t like the smell of it but I ignored it (I will say the smell stops after you get used to it. I don’t notice it at all anymore). I used it at night only and immediately felt sweet sweet relief, but I felt the same with the others I used before this so didn’t think into it too much. However, The next morning when I woke up I could FEEL a difference, although my lips still looked terrible. But I actually felt like they were healing, which I didn’t feel with any of the other chapsticks I bought up until this point, let alone after one night of use! So I kept it up. I used it every night and by night 3 or 4 my lips were almost completely healed. I’m actually in shock that this worked so well. I honestly thought it wouldn’t work (and was hoping the more popular brand, O’Keeffes, would work) let alone this not so popular brand. It worked so good that people at work noticed (my lips were pretty bad, it was hard not to notice).
I’m so happy and relieved that I bought this! If you have horribly chapped lips, TRY THIS CHAPSTICK! You will not be disappointed!
