The taste of this soy sauce is so unique and delicious. I love it. I feel like I could use it on any thing I eat. I doubt if this will be the last bottle I order.

My wife and I both think the ginger flavor is over the top. I diluted the bottle using soy sauce once it was half way gone, made it much better. I will keep trying other non-msg sauces though.

This is nice and sweet with just a little spice (not too much). The sauce is thick and sticks to noodles and pot stickers nicely. The only downside is that it needs to be shaken well before every use.

This sauce is one of my new favorites. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It’s my new go to with my Gyozas. Already ordered a second bottle. Also, Amazon made it a challenge to receive my first order and Dumpling Daughters went above and beyond with customer service to make sure I could try their sauce. Can’t say enough about the customer service and the sauce. It truly is delicious.

Admittedly, I hesitated when I first saw this product at my local gourmet/grocery shop. There were lower priced dumpling sauce condiments on the shelf and who isn’t watching their pennies? But the spicy-sweet twist intrigued me and I like supporting female-run enterprises. Three purchases later . . . I’ve found so many uses for this slurp-worthy sauce! It’s great on everything from fish to blackberries, with stir-fries and more. (Storage Tip: Rinse the bottle after use as the oil can drip down the nozzle and leave a sticky ring on your shelf. Or use shelving/wax paper underneath the bottle when storing.)
I used to buy the 8-oz product but having moved recently I won’t risk running out of it, as my local chain supermarket doesn’t carry the product. So I just purchased the 16-oz bottle. I hear the owner plans to hand the recipe, which was originally her grandmother’s, down to her sons. That should give us all hope for the next generation. Best dumpling sauce ever!

This is good sauce. Not very spicy, need to shake it well, but I have used it for everything from Potstickers to Ramen and I like it.

I tried this sauce on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I had dumplings and a salad for supper tonight. The Dumpling Daughter made the meal even better. The sauce has just the right amount of sweet and spice. Buying this was a winning decision. Now, I MUST GO BACK AND PURCHASE THE GINGER SOY VERSION. I know that this will be a wise choice.

Found this at a market and thought I’d give it a try. We eat lots of Asian food and dumplings and potstickers are our go to quick and easy meal when we’re short on time.
My husband LOVES this sauce (and so do I)! It’s the right balance of sweet and savoury and goes with any type of dumpling. Great on chicken and rice too.

I tried this on a whim. I usually use Ponzu or soy that I have flavored for dumplings or Gyoza.
The first few bites were mostly spicy oil. Meh. But once the excess spicy oil is eliminated and the mixed brown sugar portion become standard, the taste is amazing. So much so that I think ponzu is in my past, and I bought 2 extra bottles to send to a girlfriend in Japan who never tried it. Her and her son are now addicted to it as well. That says something! It works well on lightly marinaded grilled chicken as well. Tho I think the taste would be lost on heartier meats like beef or pork. You won’t be disappointed.

This stuff is seriously delicious and hits all the right flavor and spice notes. Tried it owith dumplings then noodles, chicken, avocado and even popcorn so far and it goes great with all. Will be ordering more soon.
