Very light maple bacon flavor. Mine had just the right amount of fat without being too greasy. Expensive but an interresting flavor from probably the best commercial brand of skins on the market.

They are tasty. Let me be clear they are a really good product. But 9 bucks for a snack sized bag. That’s ridiculous. It’s my fault for not paying attention when ordering and I accept that. But I’ll never pay this price for this volume ever again.

Maybe I should have read closer or looked at the pictures but I figured with the decently high price I was getting a good size back of cracklings but these are litterly about the snack size you get at a gas station that should be maybe $2 or $3. The price of $8 is insane.
Flavor was ok but didn’t really taste like maple bacon. I could however tell the quality was a bit higher for the actual cracklings then brands you buy instore like a Walmart etc
Overall for the price I wont buy again

These make a great snack that keeps you full. I like the salty/savory and sweet flavor. Essentially, its puffy and crispy maple bacon. The only thing I’m not in love with is that some bags have a lot of powder at the bottom. Otherwise, this an enjoyable mostly savory snacks.

I wish I took a picture of this. Ate this in one sitting and they were delicious. These were easy to bite down on and just melted in your mouth. The flavor was outstanding.

I ordered two orders amounting to $51.10 to receive all stale and not edible. For consumption. I ordered for Christmas as stocking stuffers but now out on gifts and money. Very unhappy customer because you can not return. Will never order again. BUYER BEWARE!

These are really tasty (most of the time) and relatively low carb. They have kind of a hearty and sweet flavor. I am a big fan of epic products, but they can be pretty inconsistent, probably because it’s real food. Products made by machines with a bunch of fillers are more uniform, so perhaps I am being too harsh.
At times some of the rinds are too hard, like chewing on little rocks. My other issue is that I feel like the serving size is set very low so that they can advertise "low carb". The amount of carbs per serving is on the bag in big letters, and the serving size is in OZ. If I recall correctly 1 serving is maybe 4-6 rinds, depending on their size.
These are still a tasty low calorie snack, but if you are expecting to eat the whole bag, or even half the bag (the bag is maybe a little bigger than a "snack size" bag of chips) be aware of the extra calories/carbs. I have been opening the bags and weighing out single servings, and that has been helpful.

Let’s just start out with the facts. Epic makes a high quality product with great flavor and that is reflected in how expensive the product is.
That being said, I do have high expectations for this product. So it isn’t any wonder why I would be incredibly let down to receive EXPIRED product not only ONCE but TWICE after receiving a replacement order.
I did open the product to taste it and it is edible but not good. You can tell that the product is going stale and the flavor has suffered. Regardless, even if it tasted fine, it is unacceptable to send out expired product to customers paying premium prices for high end food products.
I reached out to Amazon to discuss the issue. They happily sent me a replacement product but it was still expired (same expire date as the first order). I reached out to EPIC and have not heard anything back.
My review of the taste and general quality of the unexpired product would easily be FIVE STARS but I can’t in good faith give that high rating to a product in which expired product isn’t being monitored and since I have not heard back from EPIC yet, I can not give high ratings for customer interaction. I do hope they will make this situation right. When they do, if they do, I will update my review.

These 4 bags are taped together so tightly with wide packing tape that it is rarely possible to cut them apart without cutting into at least one bag!!! Grrrr!
Unfortunately, I can’t buy them elsewhere because this is by far the best out price.
