This is really tasty. A decent amount of heat and not as sweet as the one that you find in most pho restaurants.
If only used occasionally, it’s best stored in the fridge.

Its close but still a pretender to the Sriracha crown. The taste is maybe the closest of 10 or so other brands of sriracha we have taste tested. But… Its 2-3 times more runny like they watered it down. you can pour it like water not like ketchup. Its not thick enough. And its heat is 1/2 of that of Rooster (Hung Foy) its almost like Ketchup in heat. Meijer brand and Underwood are the closest to Hung Foy in taste and heat.
I will say the green lemon Fix is great, its 2x hotter decent taste too. I would skip their red sriracha unless you like almost zero heat.
My photo left to right of best to worst.

When we couldn’t find the Sriracha sauce, we usually get in the grocery I ordered this on Amazon and it’s turned out to be a great substitute, gives the perfect zing to our food.

When you open the bottle you definitely get the smell of chili pepper and garlic, both of which I love. The flavor is not one I’ve come across in a commercially prepared sauce, which was a nice change. It has a clean, straightforward flavor and brings the heat, which is not overpowering, and slowly simmers down to a gentle burn. I can’t wait to try this on ramen, burgers, broth, fries, a kicked up salad…. very pleased with this purchase.

better flavor. I don’t know which ingredients give this unique flavor but it’s better than standard sriracha brands. Hot but more.

The question, how does it compare to Huy Fong Rooster? I like the Fix quite a bit, has a pronounced garlic flavor followed-up by vinegar with less heat. A worthy addition to any cook’s kitchen.

Lots of garlic and sugar cane. So good!

I bought this and the OG Huy Fong sriracha to compare. Honestly, I really enjoyed this one! And the ingredients are far superior. Nice flavor and heat!

I am the type of person to keep 7+ hot sauce varieties in my fridge at a time. This is hands down my favorite ever.
Spicy, sweet, smoky, tangy, AMAZING.
And it’s organic!
Just beware of the thin consistency compared to tradition sriracha

In the midst of a Sriracha sauce shortage that left me feeling quite disappointed, I embarked on a search for an alternative hot sauce to enhance my sushi experience. My quest led me to the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to explore its flavors and here’s my take on it.
Pros:
Good amount of heat:
One of the standout features of the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce is its ability to deliver a satisfying amount of heat. It adds a spicy kick to my dishes, which is exactly what I was looking for to complement my sushi. If you’re a fan of spicy flavors, this sauce won’t disappoint in that department.
Almost sweet in flavor:
Interestingly, this Sriracha sauce offers a unique twist by being almost sweet in flavor. It brings a touch of sweetness to the table, which can be a delightful contrast to the heat. This added dimension to the taste profile makes it stand out from other hot sauces and enhances the overall dining experience.
Cons:
Thinner than traditional Sriracha:
One notable drawback is that the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce is thinner in consistency compared to the traditional Sriracha sauce. While this doesn’t necessarily affect the flavor, it can make it a bit more challenging to control the amount you use. Those who prefer a thicker sauce might find this aspect disappointing.
In conclusion, the Fix Hot Sauce Sriracha Sauce offers a good amount of heat and an intriguing, almost sweet flavor profile. It serves as a suitable substitute for those facing a Sriracha shortage and looking to spice up their meals. However, its thinner consistency may not appeal to everyone. If you’re open to a unique take on Sriracha sauce with a touch of sweetness, this option is worth trying out.
