This sauce was sour. Did not taste like the real sriracha. One of the ingredients is listed as flavor enhancer. I bought two bottles and unfortunately had to throw both away because it tasted so bad.

Any time I need a sauce I use this besides Pho I go with traditional Rooster sriracha and chili oil because it has more spice this isn’t spicy like that it’s more sweet and flavorful.

This sauce has the goose on the front and not the rooster. Fell in love with this brand last year and then it was no longer available. When it became available from Amazon I ordered a bottle of the regular and the garlic (beige top). The garlic version has a strong garlic flavor … which I love. Item shipped all the way from Germany and arrived in perfect condition. Does take a while however.

I have been searching for this siracha sauce for years. Finally found it. Most siracha sauces are tasteless and hot, this one has some spice to it but with a sweet and garlic-like flavor. Perfect to add onto my rice or chili.

May not be the original but the taste passes the test. If you can’t get the other sauce I would recommend giving this a try.
