I wanted wide noodles to try and make my favorite Thai dish, drunken noodles, at home. I still need to work on getting a tasty sauce & better recipe, but the actual noodles were great! Turned out better than I expected. Held up well as left- overs too. They were a little pricey but I finally gave in and ordered them because couldn’t find a better choice at the time. I’m glad I bought them.
I was very unhappy with the amount of plastic bubble wrap used to ship them. I recognize the noodles could be prone to breaking, but we simply have to get away from all this plastic!

These noodles are satisfyingly wide but very delicate. There is no wiggle room if you slightly over cook them as they fall apart.

I have ordered these twice – best rice noodles I have tried! The cook up perfectly and do not turn to mush if slightly overcooked! Will be ordering again soon.
Space –
I usually buy A Taste of Thai rice noodles, but when they were out of stock I decided to “settle” for these. Now these are my absolute favorite! Most rice noodle brands I’ve tried still remain fairly al dente no matter what, but these get tender and absorb the flavors of whatever broth or sauce I use really well.

Easy broken, even after leaching with hot water, there still dirty rice husk smell. This is the 5th time being disappointed by a Thai food brand.

Didn’t have any stores in my area that sold Vietnamese food and products especially rice noodles and I took a shot at ordering these noodles as I was making pho and these genuinely wear so delicious it came super fast I even had enough noodles left over to make Pad Thai the next day very happy with the quality the texture and the flavor of the noodles
