These steaks have a pretty good flavor, but be aware they are very thin so broil or sear very quickly. I do 2-3 minutes a side in oven broiler. The portion is fine for me but someone with a bigger appetite would find them too small.

Just finished eating two of these steaks after cooking them for 10 minutes at 380 in a hot air fryer. Mine was a perfect medium rare and wife’s thinner one came more cooked just as she prefers.

These steaks are delicious and melt in your mouth. Even my younger child loved it. My only complaint was they are so small and I originally thought they would be bigger but I ordered them again because of how delicious they were .

We have had these several times and had been satisfied untill.last night. Last night one steak was almost entirely gristle. In the package they both looked fine but once unwrapped one was warped and the bottom was all fat and gristle the other steak had some gristle too.. !

I am trying to eat healthier and for me, that has to include some decadence or it won’t last. I’ve been making these each week with my meal prep to include with salads and they are beyond delicious. The smaller portions work out ok. Expensive but worth it!

Absolutely love these steaks, will buy over and over again, as you can see I’ve made breakfast for me and my doggo, great addition to any plate, juicy tender, literally falls apart on its own with one bite, just the best steak purchase I’ve ever made! My dog likes them too! Lol

I have been cooking for over 55 yrs. I have never had a steak like this. It is tender & juicy. The most amazing part is I swear I did not use a knife to cut it. It really just broke with a fork. Try it & you won’t be sorry.

The steaks are thin just cook then n watch them. They can cook medium rare. Just don’t leave stove and take a vacation. lol Easy n delicious!

I actually purchased these a few times. I think the are great portions for a meal you can season as you like and build a nice evening dinner. They’re not too big and I see them as being fulfilling.
