I love this Steak I’ve purchased multiple times. The flavor and quality are excellent for the low costs. I marinade and cook my Steak for about 2 hours, and i can literally fork through the steak !!!!

We loved these steaks for a special Christmas Eve dinner. First, I sprinkled them with Mitchell Street and Black Magic, then put them in a 220 oven for about 20 minutes until they reached 126 degrees, then seared them on a smoking hot cast iron grill. I made a simple pan sauce from butter and Worcestershire. It was an excellent Christmas Eve dinner.
As you can see in the pictures, the steaks are well marbled. There is one steak per package, so buy steaks for as many people as you need. Get one steak per person. They are thick enough to reverse sear as that method is not recommended for thin steaks. They turn out nice and juicy. You can season them however you want, but I recommend salt and pepper.
If you have a sous vide immersion cooker, these steaks do very well using that method. You can even season them before putting them in a leak-proof bag, then freeze them until you want them. Just add another half hour to cooking time. I don’t recommend pan-frying these steaks because their quality is too good. Don’t ruin them by turning them into shoe leather either, please.
I highly recommend these steaks if you want a restaurant-quality dinner at home without paying an exorbitant price. A glass of your favorite Shiraz wine, a baked potato, and freshly steamed but still crunchy asparagus with these steaks will make a meal to remember.

This king a meat is not good for grilling, it’s very hard and very difficult to cook. I think is only good for soup.

So the size portion of the steak is great. I didn’t even finish half. Will save it for tomorrow. Now the steak part Idk if it is really steak I like my steak to be med rare but as I was cooking it I noticed that the color never changed. It stayed pink no matter what so I decided to fully cook it to well done to try and get more color to it nice brown. Nothing what so ever. I got nice crust marks on the side of the steak but no matter what the steak stayed pink I never had a steak that stays pink color every where. So I decided to stick it into the Air fryer n nope same pink color. So idk if it’s really steak or not but like I said I never had a pink well done steak before lol unless they have new strawberry cows 😂. But I took a picture of it you will see the pink steak that looks raw but in fact well done in the photo. Other then the strange new pink color it was very moist and tasty the meat has almost a silk feel when eating not a dry feel like you would with a tough steak it does have some cartilage on it but very minimal. I gave this a 4 just because it stayed pink for me and was quite strange for me otherwise besides the color I give it a 5. Very delicious and will definitely buy again ☺️
