These had a nice flavor and was a great way to add portabella taste to dishes, I liked them simply sauteed or on pizzas, in scrambled eggs, and just cut up into a salad. They are great to stuff as well since the size is bigger than standard mushrooms.

I was able to salvage a few. Mushrooms are very hard to keep fresh, so I probably won’t buy when it says there are only a few left.

I didn’t use them for several days after receiving them but the mushrooms were still fresh. Not at all slippery.
