I have ordered from this seller for years, the quality is always excellent. The ginger root arrives very fast. Always fresh, like right out of the ground. Really large pieces. I juice it, use it in smoothies, in cooking, (in yummy Thai recipes), I plant it in my garden (grows really well), and I love using it to make lemon-ginger-turmeric tea. Thank you for the wonderful service and product you provide. 💛

Fast shipping and good quality however mine was grown in China and not sure what chemicals could have been used on it. Since I use it for Thai am concerned and searched for organic ginger pretty sure this isn’t organic. See pictures

1lb of fresh ginger delivered in a sealed plastic bag! The ginger was not dried out and looked pretty fresh. I use it in making smoothies and this stuff worked well. I would recommend taking it out of the sealed back ASAP and letting it dry slighty before storing it, it will keep it from spoiling. I keep mine in the fridge and my guess is it will last me a whole month with no issues of it going bad. I’m sure they’ll keep longer but I’m going to run out of my first batch soon.

Who knew you could order fresh ginger online? I was skeptical because of shipping conditions, etc., but this is great quality ginger. It has a different outside texture than the ginger I find at the grocery store, smoother with a slight sheen to it, but the flavor is the same or better. Because it wasn’t refrigerated (and was probably freshly harvested) I can leave it on my counter for weeks at a time and it is still viable instead of having to stick it in the refrigerator or freezer. And you get a lot of it, 4-6 nice sized roots per order. I think it even costs less than buying it at the store.

Arrived in great shape. I guess their scales may be off, I ordered 1 pound and I guess I received a generous pound. Top notch!

I tried starting ginger from ginger at the grocery store, but it just rotted. I think it was too old and dried out, and possibly sprayed with chemicals to prevent sprouts.
This ginger is beautiful. The corms looks to be very fresh, and have several buds on them that are on the verge of sprouting. I am confident that these will grow.
I haven’t used any of this ginger yet in cooking, so I cannot comment on the flavor, but if looks are anything, the flavor will be wonderful. . . I highly recommend.
