This is hard to find in the organic state when packed in a container and is a good value and lasted longer than other brands when refrigerated. This is a winner. The problem with loose bunches is that they are usually dirty, moldy, and wet (the moisture attracts even more mold growth and shortens its longevity). Bunches also have a high bacterial level and are unsanitary due to too many hands touching the open wet bunches.

It’s cut really really small and its very dry even after adding it to rice or something that should put moisture in it and it doesn’t have the taste of fresh cilantro

Very fresh taste for a packaged herb. I didn’t need a great amount, but the rest stayed fresh in this little package. I can’t get this amount in grocery stores and end up tossing most of what I bought.
