The Frida Baby Electric NoseFrida nasal aspirator for baby is a great choice for parents who love the cult-favorite SnotSucker. With the push of a button, suction out stubborn boogers from your baby in a flash using the baby snot sucker. For squirmy kids, use the distraction light to help them calm down. Two soft silicone nose tips are gentle on baby’s nose, switch out the size for optimal nose sucking. The 3 different levels of suction power give you solid snot removing control. Dishwasher safe parts make the Electric NoseFrida easy to clean, while the usb-c port makes it easy to recharge on-the-go (not battery operated!).

Hands down my most used baby item!! We use this everyday to get boogers out usually before bed so he can breathe good while sleeping. It sucks boogers that are tucked way up there that can’t be seen. I buy this for every baby shower I attend. Well worth the money!

for some reason it leaks boogers out of the tiny pin hole at the top back of the product.
i wish the instructions stated which side of the tips went up/down.

Got this for our first kid about too long ago cause ain’t no way on earth I’m putting a booger tube in my mouth! Yes, I’m sure it’s great and is the bees knees, but eww, no.
Now, with a battery powered super duper booger Hoover, I’m all in. Works amazing. Kid liked the lights. Still struggled being ok doing it, but when it’s a sick kid with congestion that makes your heart hurt cause you can’t help much, queue this device.
Turn it on, shove it up there, and watch the gross begin.
Only fault is it died on us last month and the kid has a sinus infection that could really use some vacuuming. Still, great product, so glad we got it, and I do recommend it. Especially if you get the heebygeebies from snot like me.

I decided to order the Frida Baby Electric Nose Aspirator because I recently learned that babues obviously can’t blow their nose or if we try to help them with that it can actually hurt their little noses.
I saw that these are gentle and will pull out what needs to be pulled out.
I liked that it has the lights and 2 adapters to fit baby’s nose.
I think a little room for improvement would be the suction power, but again we have to be careful with their little noses.
The first time we used it my baby was ok with it because of the light. Other times he doesn’t want his nose messed with, but it has been working so far and I am happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend it.

3 month old has RSV so bought this and my sil loaned me her nosiboo so I just did a side by side comparison and think they both have their purpose.
TLDR: nosiboo is very nice but very expensive, electric nose frida is a great budget electric sucker that can be used on the go and is way more effective than a manual sucker so a major upgrade if that’s all you have currently.
Nosiboo:
-Tip is bigger, about the size of baby’s nostril so if it was any bigger it would be been too big for my 3 month old.
-the bigger size made it get all the mucus all around quicker.
-more variability to the suction level between lowest to medium to highest settings
The low and medium felt the equivalent suction on my fingertip as the low and medium on the nose frida. The highest level was a bit higher than the nose frida (medium was sufficient to clear all the mucus from baby)
-I think if the tip was narrower the suction level would’ve felt higher than the nose frida at all levels tho but idk if it’d be necessary or a good thing
-definitely louder sounds like you’re turning on a vacuum it scared my toddler making her think I was going to hurt the baby with it
– I like how it all comes apart to clean each piece. And there’s only one booger catcher spot to clean (it collected the same amount of boogers/saline as the nose Frida typically does but all in one spot not on two levels which is a major plus)
-the piece that goes into the tube does take longer to air dry because it’s so tight I can’t manually dry it with a paper towel to speed up the process, and it’s important for that part especially to be dried completely so it doesn’t break the pump with moisture so more down time between uses potentially
-super pricey tho, currently $165 on Amazon and needs to be plugged in to a wall which isn’t ideal. I will definitely enjoy borrowing it this time but wouldn’t spend the money to buy our own unless the electric nose frida ends up breaking after a short amount of time or something.
Electric Nose Frida:
-smaller tips so needs to be moved around in a circle to get all the mucus from every angle in the nostril, so it takes a little bit longer while fighting a baby throwing hands and shaking her head back and forth.
-way smaller and more compact with a travel case for portability and doesn’t need to be plugged in. We can get many suctions per full charge and it uses the usb c so was able to charge with a power bank that’s in my diaper bag
-there’s two levels of booger catcher spots and the lower one is close to the hole where it goes to the motor which you don’t want to get water in so it’s trickier to clean that level
– very quiet hum even on the highest setting (but the baby cries just as loud and as much regardless which is used so not sure the device volume really matters because of that)
– the distraction light is a total gimmick feature, the kid couldn’t care less about and it’s actually not even bright enough to catch any attention unless you’re suctioning in the dark (who would do that)
– definitely works way better than the manual nose Frida and the suction bulbs I was using before tho so is an improvement from that
-for the price of $39 totally good enough of an improvement for us to be worth it and a nice addition to the diaper bag along with a small saline spray during this sickness season
Will update this if it breaks but so far have used it many times the last few days and have been very pleased with it. Its helping my baby breathe so well worth the $

This is great for stuffy noses in infants, soft exterior and really gets the gunk out.

This is my 3rd electronic aspirator of different brands.
Compared to precious ones these are my cons for the Frida.
1. The charge indicator is non existent. there is no indicator of battery life. so I’ll be using it and it turns off. I can restart it and attempt to finish before it turns off. I’m assuming this is their way of saying hey I need to charge. Also it takes FOREVER to charge. again, there is no indicator for when the charge is complete (i.e. like a battery life blinking) like my other ones. A light turns on, no flashing or increasing to indicate its charging. So I kept it connected to charger and it took 24 hrs until the light turned off. So assuming it was done. Only I probably used it for 2 days off and on and it began turning off again.
Wish there was some kind of battery indicator
2. A hole in the back that spits out boogers as you are sucking. I’ve never had this issue with previous aspirators. The mucous doesn’t stay in the container part, somehow it always leaks into the compartment where you can’t wash. Genius design 🙄 So not only does it not hold, but there’s no way it’s being overfilled and somehow leaking to the back. I have to have a tissue next to me for when it starts spitting out while I’m sectioning.
These are my 2 main issues that, again, I’ve never had with other electronic aspirators
3. the light isn’t that bright as a distraction
4. The charging port cover is ridiculous. it’s so small it will eventually get lost
Pro…
1. suction power is deceiving. it doesn’t sound like it’s sucking a lot but level 3 is quite powerful
2. the tips are larger in that they won’t fall off easily if your little one is fighting you and turning their head. that was an issue with my precious ones. I would lose the tip at times in the middle of sucking. thus opening up the reservoir.
3. the 2 tips it comes with is perfect size. my 5 year old will allow me to use the longer tip for her as it’s not as long and more comfortable then my other aspirators. the smaller one works well for me 2 year old.
I still really like the manual Frida aspirator and keep that in my diaper bag. However we ended up first getting a nasal aspirator 1.5 years ago when we were all sick, and my husband and I had literally no energy/strength/lung power to suck out mucous. the urgent care RN recommended an electronic one, which I hadn’t seen, and it’s definitely life changing. Just wish I can find one that lasts.
our first one lasted a year. 2nd one lasted 6 months and now onto the Frida which we’ve had for almost a month.

I really like this and maybe as baby grows I’ll be able to use more of the features. On the low features I feel like sometimes it takes too long to get the baby snot out even when it’s right there so I use with saline mist. The real life changer is the nosefrida snot sucker, having these two in a house with babies and kids is a must!

Purchased this in addition to the regular nosefrida (the one where you suck with your mouth) and well it’s ok but the original actually works better. This one is good for very liquid snot but the original is better for big boogers. I would say it’s nice to have on hand in addition to the other but if you were to pick just one I would go with the traditional over the electric
