The size and material changed. I understand the size getting a bit smaller in this economy but the material is now rough. I buy these constantly. I guess I’ll have to accept the change in quality

These were great but like other reviews are saying, the paper towel seems to not unfold well and seems glued together. However it still does its job well.

I’ve been buying these paper towels for a year now on an automatic shipment. The last shipment I received the towels were different. They are a little bit bigger in size but they’re much thinner. The other towels were very absorbent and you need to use a few of these at one time. The quality is not there. I’m canceling my subscription.

I use these paper towels in my bathroom, so that people will wipe or dry their hands on them, instead of a nice, clean, cloth towel!
Many people do not quite Get their hands clean when they wash them in the bathroom. Then they wipe or dry their hands on the cloth Towel, leaving it stained and dirty looking and the next person does not want to use it , so, reaches for a clean, cloth towel. I think it is more environmentally sound to provide paper towels, instead of having to replace the cloth towel several times a day and then washing and drying a load of soiled hand towels every, single night!

We have used both Blue wave and Scotts, these no where compare to them. I guess you get what you pay for.

We keep buying these towels for our office. Not sure why, just a buying pattern I guess. These towels have consistently gotten worse. The last batch the towels we received stuck together and were hard to open. We will not be buying these towels again. Waste of money.
