We love Chinese noodles with our Chinese soup, however, our local takeout restaurant started charging $5 for a small bag to go with our soups. We found this to be crazy since a quart of soup is about the same price and the noodles would not last us through the entire quart of soup. I went on a hunt to find good chow mein noodles. The ones at the local grocery store were not very good and too hard. I finally found these on Amazon and while it is more than we need, the price was right. Once we received them we found the flavor and texture to be perfect. We now use them in salads, soups, and other dishes. No Artificial Flavors or Colors and Certified Kosher. These are a perfect addition to our meal routine.

These noodles are fresh and crisp with just the right amount of salt. They are well packaged and carefully cushioned to avoid breakage in transit.

I have been looking for this type of noodle for awhile. So glad I found these! So fresh and crispy. My favorite snack with some duck sauce on the side.

I’ve been eating these, but initially I found them a little disappointing. They are low salt, which is a good thing for me. The crunch was there.
But they leave a little bit of “residue”
In my mouth that I’ve never noticed it with the restaurant variety. Other than that they’re satisfactory.
