I bought this to add flavor to my takeout if my restaurant was having a bad day. I’m not sure how it’s supposed to taste but I wouldn’t use this as a stand-alone seasoning. It doesn’t teaser good in my opinion. It dies add a salty taste but soy sauce tastes better.

I’ve used this sauce to marinade ribs, hamburgers, and other meats. My favorite is to pour this over ribs and vacuum seal them and put them in the fridge overnight. The flavor is fantastic.
