Highly recommended for Larb Gai or any lettuce wrap. I don’t make these dishes often so it is nice to have a smaller bottle on hand. Lots of flavor and not overly salty.

I would have never guessed that there would be as much of a difference in the taste of a Thai dish using this sauce. I did the same chicken dish using a high quality soy sauce. Then ordered and received the Golden Mountain Sauce. Day and night difference in the taste! Without this sauce the dish was good. With it it was great. The vendor shipped it propmtly and at minimal cost.

I’ve recently been trying to cook different thai food recipes, and this sauce has been recognized as a key "secret ingredient" on a lot of different thai recipe websites I’ve been to. I just used it in my Pad Kee Mao dish and it turned out great.

It really is glorified soy sauce. I used this flavor a couple of dishes and to substitute fish sauce. I cannot really say that it did anything more than add additional salt.
