This holds my phone securely. No worries about it dropping or falling. The only thing I don’t like is that even the tiniest movement causes it to jiggle and bounce.

Bought to hold my kindle and it works perfectly! The reviews made me think the neck wasn’t sturdy but it’s so sturdy that I had to use a good bit of strength to get it in place. I highly recommend! I haven’t tried it with my phone but I’m sure it will work just as good!

I bought my Gooseneck Phone Holder a few months ago to hold my cell phone above my work desk. It’s pretty good (faint praise). Nothing out of the ordinary.
– it clamps firmly to my desk!
– the phone holder holds my Pixel 8*
– the goose neck isn’t as rigid as I’d like. I have to keep restoring it to the position I want. That’s why I took off a star. I don’t want to have to adjust it before each use.
Overall: if I need another phone holder, I’ll carefully review my other options before considering buying this one again.
*it has exactly one position that works. If it’s a quarter inch off, it won’t hold the phone well or it will mash one of the side buttons.

It is a great concept, but it isn’t sturdy enough to support the weight of my iphone. I purchased to use after a surgery, and the arm wouldn’t stay in place, it kept sliding down. Too bad.

Like this very much. I prefer not to hold the phone up to my ear when I talk, and this is perfect for longer calls or FaceTime. I use it to watch my granddaughter play soccer, and bought one for my sister when she was ill.
