Out of the box, you get a somewhat unappetizing-looking flat rectangular frozen block. but once it’s cooked, it tastes OK. I just happen to like the Trident salmon burgers better.

I shared it with Mom, and we agreed, it tastes yummy. We had to play with temperature of oven, but that is our normal. I prefer fish that is not breaded.

I cooked it according to the directions. It was super gross, and I’m a salmon lover of all things! I wouldn’t recommend these though they were nasty.

Buy 2 boxes if you’re serving 2 people. The portions are too small for the price.
Otherwise, delicious. Season to your liking or as is.

I love this salmon. I eat it often. I like to add a pinch each of additional seasoning (dill, parsley flakes, & tiny amount of TJs Onion salt.)…It bumps up the flavor. It can be microwaved but the outside edges of the salmon tend to get hard. I prefer to cook this in my Hot Logic lunch bag cooker. It cooks more evenly and moist.

I wish it wasn’t so expensive compared to the portion size (2 pieces), but I have noticed competitor’s salmon is just as pricey if not more expensive. It would be nicer at a lower price point. I will buy more when it is on sale or has a good coupon to make it more affordable.
