11 grapefruit (400 grams/each) and 20 oranges (190 grams/each) arrived today. I ordered on Friday and they arrived on the following Monday in perfect condition. At 49.95 and no additional shipping fee, each fruit works out to be $1.61. I would recommend purchase of this product to any one and I will probably repeat it myself.
A few days later: These are the best oranges I have had since I left California 12 years ago. The grapefruit are very good also.
I was so pleased with this order and this company, I went to their website to see if they had items that were not offered through Amazon. I ordered carrots (they are the biggest carrots I have ever seen and they taste great), broccoli, avocados and zucchini, besides more oranges and grapefruit. Shipping was $35 and the order was $69. This is reasonable because the food and shipping are excellent, and I got about twice as much food as I thought I would get- zucchini over a foot long and broccoli as big as a soccer ball- all in excellent condition and delicious. Avocados are perfect also.

First thing to be aware is that your 20lb box probably will not weigh 20lbs. Mine was about 17lb ( tried on 3 different scales ). I guess the go by quantity and weight is what it is. However, since they put weight front and center in the title, I think it’s misleading. Hence 3 stars.
It came nicely package and no spoiled fruit.
Fruit does taste a bit better than what’s in the local grocery store but difference not worth the money in my opinion.

Fruit was fresh and I damaged!! Very good!!!

I knew as soon as I opened the package that there were spoiled citrus inside. The contents were overheated because the ice packs had long been melted. The grapefruit was fantastic but the oranges were in terrible shape with a few of them inedible. They’re not even fit for juicing. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this outfit and both times the oranges were terrible. I deleted my first negative review because I felt guilty because everyone is having a hard time with quarantines and such. Unfortunately due to Covid I’ve not been able to go to the grocery but after this second time of getting bad fruit I will have to start. I won’t make this mistake again.

Very, Very Disappointed-
The Corona Virus Concerns this Christmas lead me to consider and purchase Fruit Gifts as a healthy enjoyable gift that not simply one person, but an entire family may enjoy.
I recalled in my family receiving beautiful cases of high grade, colorful, plump, “Gourmet”, oranges, as defined here in the description and was thrilled w/ the idea of giving to others,
I just purchased over 20 cases/ $1,200. of this company’s, “Gourmet Fruit Gift Boxes of Oranges/ Grapefruit. As my friend opened her family’s, “Gift Box”, that I sent to her family, she obviously thanked me, but on inquiry seeing my disappointment she said, “It really lacks the Wow Factor”!
I went to the grocery store, “Kroger”, a few hours later to pick up some other holiday foods and right at the door/ produce department I was greeted by these near identical oranges I received just hours before!
They were on sale at Kroger for 50 cents each or six for $3. I realized three things.
1. I just purchased 588 pieces, 21 Gift Boxes of this fruit for $2. A PIECE!
2. I spent over $1,200. For a special gift for family and friends, in many cases the only gift I would purchase for them this Holiday.
3. The Oranges arrived in a relatively non-descript box with what looked like was a Kroger produce department crate, dumped into a box and shipped to me.
To the first person seeing this gift box saying, It is, “Far from a, “Wow Factor”, Special Gift representing, “Gourmet”, of any kind. A Far from nearly $2.00 pieces of fruit. I bought a LOT OF THEM!
I am even more hurt and disappointed this crazy Covid Christmas. I clearly know these, “Gift Boxes”, will not remotely send the extra message of love I Intended for my loved ones and family, during this already very difficult holiday season of separation from family and friends.
These did not remotely send the message I intended.

These were the sweetest and freshest oranges I’ve ever eaten, the grapefruits are very fresh and flavorful as well.

Fruit came promptly, was clean, and nicely insulated. The oranges and grapefruits are tasty, especially the grapefruits. I did have to throw out 3 oranges because they seemed to go bad after I got them – hence the 4 star rating instead of the 5 star rating. I do hope to buy some more of this in the future. IF this group sells vegetables (and I will not look and see if they do), I would be willing to try their vegetables in the future.
