Acidity taste like passion fruit, smooth also equal Panama Geisha and rich aroma! I like compare $169/1 and 1/2 lbs Panama geisha , this blue mountain is worthy!

This is a very “clean” tasting coffee. No off putting vegetable flavors like low quality coffee. This coffee is good for a medium or lower temperature roast. For a dark roast for an intense espresso experience I would choose another. This one has light and bright citrus and berry fruit flavors, but the “chocolatey” and “coffee” flavors are not as amplified as other beans I have tried from Grand Parade. However, what impresses me every time from all the Grand Parade coffees is the smell of the green beans, the uniformity in sizing and lack of defects.

Great bang for the buck. Needs proper roasting, like all fine coffees.
